REGISTRATION

This is a physically demanding camp; your health and safety are our utmost concern. If you have mobility issues or health problems, please call Lee Andrews for a consultation BEFORE you register, to verify if ACA might be too strenuous for your condition: (678) 315-4329.

Each package is priced per person; we do offer discounted rates for chaperones and guardians if registered before November 1, 2023. Please call Lee Andrews at (678) 315-4329 to discuss Chaperone and Guardian pricing. After November 1, chaperones and guardians must pay the full registration fee.

You must be at least 18 years of age to attend. Anyone younger than the age of 18 must consult with Lee Andrews, camp director before approval is given.

Registration will be open until April 28, 2024, or until full capacity is reached.

A $200.00 NON-REFUNDABLE down payment will hold your spot.

The balance must be paid in full by April 1st, 2026. Registrations made after April 1st, 2026, must be paid in full at the time of registration.

Future discounts cannot be applied retroactively. Coupons must be used at the time of registration. Only one coupon per person.

Absolutely NO refunds after December 31, 2025. Refunds will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. The camp directors reserve the right to refuse a refund and are at the mercy of contracts with the host facility when making those decisions.

A purchase protection plan is available for purchase before you check out on our registration page. That is a product provided through a third part company supplied by RegFox. Please note that it is not a plan directly offered by us and you will be purchasing on your own accord. Read all regulations and rules to utilize that purchase protection plan.
